Beer fest
Over Labor Day weekend, the Minnesota Renaissance Festival and the Minnesota Homebrewers Association got together to host a brand new homebrew competition, Byggvir’s Big Beer Cup, and they asked me to design the logo and poster.Awards
It has become a tautology in design that we do not design for awards, but work instead to find the best solutions for our clients. Nonetheless, we all seem to enjoy receiving awards, and I am no different. For this project, the client was the American subsidiary of a Japanese manufacturer of metal powders.Get yer groove on!
One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is the opportunities I occasionally get to create fake companies and design trade show graphics for them. We use these graphics in our sales literature for new products, and the goal is always to look great, so I rarely have to compromise the visuals to service content needs.Typographic Details
