This is a pretty common question for designers, especially from our more financially-minded clients. I would argue that creativity probably isn't what they're really trying to measure. If it is, they would first need to find a good definition for creativity, as there seem to be a variety of competing ones.Personal brands
A lot of press is being made these days about the idea of having a "personal brand" (see Tom Peters' The Brand You 50 for just one example).
